just so long as they dont lock off the scavenger hunts in the future. you know, as a way to make the moa or whatever they make next "exclusive" to those go "got there first".

The Black Moa style quest is some of the best GW has done yet.
It reminds me of the wintersday quests.

As long as they're not all cross campaign. Because not everyone has all campaigns including GWEN.

Oh, absolutely freaking /signed. There have been parts of the moa chick quest I hate, and parts I love, but I just can't wait until it's all assembled and I have my new treasure. I love this sort of thing.

I have had a lot of fun with this one. It doesn't even have to be a mini pet, just a fun item.

Yeah. It was great, but a lot of work, too.
As long they also require all campaigns I'm on in.

I don't have GWEN but I've been reading up on the Mini Black Moa thing, and it looks like fun! I would love to see more of these kinds of things and I would like it more if they were cross campaign too.

I would have liked to see something closer to this for Gwen's rose offhand, actually. Yeah, I suppose it's the ultimate in Fedex quests, but the journal was a really nice touch.

the mini moa scavenger hunt was excellent. moar plz!
side note...would be nice if you could scavenger hunt items for glacial/destroyer gauntlets, etc instead of grind for the stones/cores. there's enough grind in EoTN already XD

I just came up with an idea: why not use Gwen'ss broken flute and the red iris flowers for a second quest like the moa one?

While I don't particularlly like this style of questing, other people do seem to enjoy it. Since it doesn't interfere with my style of play to let the fans of these quests have them

So long as more "traditional" quests aren't completely disposed off of course in exchange for the new system.

Maybe bamboo could grown in Tarnised Coast *wink wink*
I think these scavanger hunts are a much fairer way to give out mini-pets than just giving them to 20 Asians
Maybe you could change it per month? so theres a timelimit, enought time to get one even if casual but doesn't spam GW with crap items as they are only used for 1 month
Done some research and it appears that- Kanaxai
- Panda
- Island Guardian
- Longhair Yeti
- Naga Raincaller
- Oni
- Vizu
- Zhed Shadowhoof
- Shiro'ken Assassin
Are all Asia only
I thought it would be nice thing to keep people playing having it change by month, Idea for December has to be a mini-snowman

heh while that would be great, it would suck for anyone in the military or anyone else who has a job that leaves them unavailable for long periods of time.

Sure it could cycle round so that theres a 2nd chance, or do it weekly instead (so each chance is sooner) of the same terrible change rate weekends every weekend

Yeah I love it. It really gets you back into exploring previous areas that you would otherwise only go into for the explorer title. I was hoping they would have added this feature back in Nightfall because it seemed like a really suitable place to add that type of quest. Oh well, it's here now.
"Petition" is a natural deterrent to developing staff, and it's abused all over the internet in such a way that it's lost it's meaning. People say petition and you'd expect something formal, but the subject has nothing to do with it being a petition... It's not my thread...
